This coffee comes from the Chiapas region in southern Mexico, where it is grown at altitudes around 1,000 meters. The coffee is cultivated on small family farms, often under the shade of native trees that protect the coffee plants and support local biodiversity. Decaffeinated using a water-based process, it offers a thick, rounded cup with deep chocolate sweetness and hazelnut undertones.
