About Blank Street
Blank Street set out to reimagine what a coffee shop could be, focusing on a clean, natural and high-quality menu offered at affordable prices. They launched their first location in August 2020 as a 5x10 coffee cart nestled in the garden of the Wythe diner in Brooklyn. Operating simply and with a small footprint allowed them to remove costs that didn’t benefit customers or baristas, enabling them to source top-of-the-range specialty coffees, serve fresh locally sourced food and pay baristas above market wages. They believe that even brief coffee rituals set the tone for the day; great rituals provide structure and confidence. This belief drives their investment in perfecting every detail of the customer experience. Since that first cart, Blank Street has grown, opening locations across New York, London, Boston and Washington, DC, all with the aim of offering an all-around better ritual.
