Josepe is grown at a very high altitude in Nariño, Colombia by José Demecio Guerrero, amid volcanic soil and natural forest. This lot undergoes a 36-hr fermentation period followed by a traditional washed process. We taste pomegranate and black tea with some hints of citrus.
