Their mission is to bring high‑quality third‑wave coffee to their hometown in southern West Virginia. The name “aubade” refers to a morning love song or poem at dawn, reflecting their goal to capture a sense of morning hope and connection. At their Princeton coffee shop they aim to greet the dawn with a warm, intentional space where the community can gather, connect and start their day. They craft every aspect of their products—from house‑made syrups and filtered water to specialty‑roasted beans—with care and intention.
