About
Delfino Quintero has been a coffee producer in Oaxaca, Mexico since he was 15 years old. He started out working under his father, then at age 20 got his own farm, Llano Largo. He grows Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra, using native trees for shade and maintaining a careful planting distance.
About Archetype
Archetype Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery and café group based in Omaha, Nebraska. It roasts small -batch coffees and runs shops in the Blackstone, Little Bohemia and Millwork Commons neighborhoods. The team takes coffee seriously but not itself, fostering a playful, inclusive community.
