The Cabanas Project is an initiative to organize producers with quality coffees in Cabanas, La Paz. It highlights their coffees and aims for better markets. The cherries are carefully picked, submerged in water, and dried on raised beds for 18 days. This coffee is a great representation of an approachable natural processed coffee.
About Archetype
Archetype Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery and café group based in Omaha, Nebraska. It roasts small -batch coffees and runs shops in the Blackstone, Little Bohemia and Millwork Commons neighborhoods. The team takes coffee seriously but not itself, fostering a playful, inclusive community.
