Anomaly began on a patio in Long Beach where founder Noah used a Breville Barista Express and locally roasted beans to serve friends. Driven by curiosity and creativity, he began roasting his own coffee and built a fully mobile pop‑up café that combines art, music and specialty coffee to engage communities. Anomaly operates without a fixed storefront, instead setting up at events and markets around Southern California. The team emphasizes sustainability and giving back, collaborates with artists and musicians, and invites guests to follow their journey as they grow. They roast in small batches and serve their coffees alongside merchandise and experiences at each pop‑up.
