This fair trade, organic coffee comes from the CODECH cooperative, made up of women producers in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. The women are paid a premium for their coffee, which they use for health-care programs and workshops targeting high infant-mortality rates.
About Anodyne Coffee Roasting
Anodyne Coffee Roasting Company, founded in 1999 in Milwaukee, WI, is a locally owned small-batch roaster and multi-location cafe operator. They roast certified-organic coffee at their Walker's Point roastery and run four Milwaukee-area cafes delivering craft coffee, community events, and wholesale services.
