This specific lot is made of Ethiopian local landrace varieties and was grown from farmers that sell their coffee cherry to the Idido Ukitee washing station. It is a fully washed coffee that was dried in the sun on raised beds, allowing ample time to dry slowly and evenly, developing that classic Yirgacheffe profile we've come to know and love.
