This is a high-intervention anaerobic natural from Hambela in West Guji, Ethiopia, produced by smallholder farmers. It’s sweet, expressive, and dessert-forward with notes of blackberry, tangerine, and strawberry wafer. The coffee is low density, roasted gently, and shines as both pour-over and espresso.
