ANÄNA is a specialty coffee roastery and vegan/vegetarian café based in Athens, Greece. Founded by Panos Xilas in 2019, they roast light‑to‑medium specialty coffees in small batches and serve plant‑based pastries and food in a bright Art Deco space.
About ANÄNA
Anäna started as an inspiration in 2019 and grew into a specialty roastery and café committed to sourcing high‑scoring coffees and roasting them in house. Since 2023 the roastery has been based in a peaceful area of Cholargos where the team roasts limited‑batch coffees quarterly, focusing on light to medium roasts and a variety of processes. They emphasise freshness, innovation and respect for nature by sourcing ethically, offering organic, vegan products and using fully recyclable packaging. Founder Panos Xilas and his team run a vegan/vegetarian menu with raw cakes, pastries and bowls, and their cold brew and freddo cappuccino are local highlights.
