Our Brazilian light roast coffee comes from a collective of seven small farms that have banded together to export for the first time. This coffee has undergone a rare semi-washed process, which retains much of the fruit pulp during drying, resulting in a cup that balances the sweetness and acidity of washed coffees with the body of natural coffees.
