Produced by smallholder families from the Bombe community in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, this traditional natural coffee evokes notes of orange, raspberry, and red plum. The cherries are handpicked and processed at the Ayla Washing Station, ensuring traceability and quality.

Amauta Coffee is a small‑batch roaster based in Badalona, Barcelona. Founded by Ferran in December 2022, it specializes in high‑quality Peruvian coffees roasted with minimal intervention to showcase each bean’s unique flavors. The roaster earned 2nd place at the Spain Roasters Competition 2025.
