Juan Antonio Castro carries on the coffee tradition with care and experience. His farm, 'Suenos de Café', grows Geisha and Caturra in an agroforestry system. The coffee is harvested when cherries are ripe, fermented in clean tanks, and dried slowly to develop complexity and aromatic cleanliness. The result is a coffee with notes of bergamot, jasmine, ripe peach, and sweetness reminiscent of honey and cane sugar.
