Substance is one of the most hyped roasters we've worked with. Joachim is hugely influential in the ultralight coffee scene and has inspired a wide range of coffee roasters. Volcan Azul is one of the few non Ethiopian/Panama producers that Joachim works with. Really nice Costa Rican coffee.
