Honduras Red Catuaí is grown at the Cerro Azul farm in Comayagua. The farm has been operated by the Meyerish family for four generations. This coffee features a high sweetness and delicate bitterness, with flavor notes of caramel, citrus, and blueberries, reflecting the careful wet processing and terroir.
