The Catuai coffee is grown on the Cerro Azul farm in Comayagua, Honduras, owned by the Mairish family for four generations. The coffee is processed wet, resulting in a delicate acidity and a full-bodied profile with distinct flavors of vanilla, hazelnut, and caramel.
