Our decaf coffee is grown in partnership with Abelino Rodriguez's farm in Sierra Nevada, Colombia. After harvesting, the beans undergo a gentle water washing process that ensures the natural flavors of the coffee are preserved while the caffeine is washed out. This medium roast creates an aromatic cup with a wide range of flavors.

Agrocafe, based in Sarigim, Israel, is a specialty coffee roaster and technology innovator founded by Hanan Elkayam. Partnering with small family‑owned farms worldwide, it uses Israeli drip‑irrigation and fertilization systems to boost yields and bean quality, roasting fresh orders in Israel and helping farmers combat climate change.
