The Catuai variety is grown on the family coffee farm San Rafael, located south of San Marcos in the beautiful Tarrazú mountains of Costa Rica. The rich volcanic soil, altitude, sunlight, temperature, and rainfall provide the essential components for growing exceptional coffee. The dark roast highlights the unique characteristics of the coffee while avoiding dominant acidity, resulting in a rich and balanced flavor profile.

Agrocafe, based in Sarigim, Israel, is a specialty coffee roaster and technology innovator founded by Hanan Elkayam.
