La Pastora coffee is grown by the Coopetarrazu cooperative in San José, Costa Rica. The cherries are harvested from over 4,650 family farms and processed in a meticulous 72-hour process, resulting in a balanced blend of tamarind, caramel, warm spices, and a clean finish.

Agrocafe, based in Sarigim, Israel, is a specialty coffee roaster and technology innovator founded by Hanan Elkayam.
