This Colombian single-origin coffee is 100% Arabica from the Caturra variety, grown at an altitude of 1812 meters. It is processed semi-wet and roasted light (Half City). The farm belongs to the Aruca tribe, which maintains organic farming practices. The flavor profile includes rich and interesting notes of citrus fruits, white chocolate, and almonds.
