Peninsula is composed of high quality Arabica from two of the most beautiful coffee growing regions. The Ethiopian and Costa Rican beans are blended after roasting to ensure consistency and full, unique flavour. The blueberry acidity of Ethiopia blended with the rich cocoa tones of Costa Rica develop into a sweet, nutty frangipane flavour with a vibrant finish.
