¡Chelbesa regresa por tercer año! Café de alta calidad de Gedeo, exportado por SNAP. La estación de lavado en Chelbessaa a 2000msnm fue establecida por SNAP en 2019, seleccionando cerezas de 476 pequeños productores. En un bosque sombreado, con tanques de fermentación y camas de secado para lavados y naturales.

La Anona se cultiva bajo el Cerro del Dragón en Tarrazú, Costa Rica. Las cerezas del café se recogen a mano y procesan en la Agropecuaria Hellen para obtener sabores afrutados y complejos.

Finca Las Camelias se encuentra en La Libertad, Guatemala, cultivando Caturra, Catuai y Bourbon. Procesan café mediante fermentación anaeróbica de 36 horas sin agua, seguido de un secado de 20 días.

Chiroso comes from peace-building projects in Antioquia and Tolima, involving victims of conflict, ex-combatants, and affected indigenous communities. Working closely with producers to improve coffee quality and offering fair prices to increase their income. Part of the fair trade prices is invested in reforestation projects helping to maintain the corridor for the only species of bear in South America, the Andean bear.
