Spring Fever

Reflecting its Salvadorian roots, this coffee offers nutty and sweet chocolate notes with a hint of silky honey. Sourced from Monte Verde in Santa Ana, it showcases the richness of the region's coffee offerings.

El Salvador Monte Verde

La Santa is a family-owned business operated by the Gallardo family since the 1960s. Jose Manuel Gallardo ensures all coffee cherries are 100% ripe with thorough quality checks. Washed and patio dried cherries come from a farm managed by Jose's son, Pocho, with administrative aspects handled by his daughter.

Our signature espresso blend, No. 9, is our tribute to The Beatles' 'Revolution 9' from The White Album. It is a chocolatey, creamy, and approachable espresso with dried fruit and citrus notes.
