Ejo Heza is a coffee from Rwanda with flavor notes of brown sugar, hibiscus, and plum. It is produced by the Kopakama Cooperative and grown at altitudes ranging from 1650 to 1900 MASL. The variety of the coffee is Bourbon, and it is washed, resulting in a juicy body.

A coffee from the Kanzu Washing Station featuring flavors of allspice, cherry, and pineapple with a round body. Grown at an altitude of 1800-2100 MASL in the Nyamasheke District, Rwanda.

Kanzu

This Ethiopian coffee, named after the producer Samuel Degelo, comes from the region of Odo Shakisso, Guji. It features varietals such as Kurume and Ethiopia Landrace, grown at altitudes between 1850 to 2050 MASL. The coffee is washed and has a soft body, presenting flavor notes of coconut, jasmine, and peach.

Sugarcane decaf is termed naturally decaffeinated due to using organic materials for caffeine extraction. The process leverages sugarcane to create a compound that dissolves caffeine without altering flavor integrity, resulting in a rich decaf coffee with caramelized sugar and cherry notes.

A coffee blend from the regions of Gedeb, Gedeo Zone, and Nyamasheke with a light body and washed process. Flavor notes are citrus, floral, and raspberry.

Cascara, also known as coffee cherry, is a unique coffee experience with notes of cinnamon, hibiscus, and peach. It comes from Costa Rica's West Valley and is produced by Richard Perez of Santa Lucia at an altitude of 1750 MASL. The varietals Caturra, Catuai, and Villalobos undergo a washed and dehydrated processing method.

Moises Ccalla operates a small farm in Alto Inambari, Sandia region of Peru, with his wife. They focus on quality, picking and processing coffee cherries. Moises' coffee is a first on our menu, characterized by notes of rose, apricot, and pomegranate.

Operated by Moises with his wife in Peru's Alto Inambari, Sandia region. This area is recovering from Shining Path terror, and is now producing specialty coffee with help from Origin Coffee Labs. Moises' attention to detail results in a coffee that exhibits notes of rose, apricot, and pomegranate.

One of our most well-known single origin offerings from Reko mountain and the Reko coffee washing station, located at 2,200 MASL in the Kochere district of Yirgacheffe. The coffee's quality is floral, tea-like, and complex.
