This coffee was part of the 8th National Quality Contest, Land of Diversity, in Colombia. Coffee cherries ferment in sacks for 64 hours, are depulped, washed, and dried on raised beds for 1-2 weeks. Refreshing and sweet with notes of red grape, orange zest, and milk chocolate.
