Un Regalo de Dios Honey Process | Nicaragua

Kolla Bolcha, from Agaro, Ethiopia, a washed coffee of native Ethiopian Landraces coffee. It consistently presents bright citrus balance, with kola and sprite, lemon, ginger, butterscotch, red fruit, cocoa and jasmine florals. Best enjoyed 9 months to a year post-harvest. Tastes fantastic 3-6 weeks post-roast.

Kolla Bolcha Coop | Agaro, Ethiopia

This coffee hails from San Pedro Yosotatu, Oaxaca, cultivated by 40 nearby micro-coffee farms in the mountainous Sierra Madre del Sur, in collaboration with Red Fox Coffee Merchants. Notable for its range of flavors, such as distinct dried fruit, saturated sweetness, and malic acidity. Production has transitioned from large estates to smallholders over recent decades.

Yosotatu Reserva | Oaxaca, Mexico

Fabiana Dueñas Llacta, a member of Valle Inca cooperative, inherited her family's farm where she grows Typica, Pache, and Bourbon. The farm is located in Huaynapata, Peru with 3.5 hectares dedicated to coffee, shaded by Albizia and Pacay trees. After processing, coffee is transported by mules to the mill. Fabiana is recognized for her passion and looks for national and international recognition.

Alex Ponce Anaerobic Honey | Honduras

This coffee is cultivated, harvested, and produced for high quality by La Familia Vides at Finca las Terrazas. It has won awards and is now run by Dr. Jorge Vides's descendants since 1995. The farm grows 100% San Ramon variety coffee at altitudes of 1700-2050 masl.
