The company, overseen by Alejandro Valiente, focuses on community support and environmental preservation with a solar-powered dry mill. The coffee features Pacamara varietal beans known for their large size and robust flavor, presenting flavors reminiscent of orange aperitifs, Thai tea, and complex, winey, spicy notes with a lasting finish.
