Signature Blend

Tumbaga is a seasonal blend named after a gold, copper, and silver alloy, varying with harvest times. It features lots from small farms averaging 1 to 4.5 hectares.

Colombia - Tumbaga

Landrace or regional heirloom and JARC varieties are grown under shade in Chelbessa, Gedeb by small producers. With organic practices and natural processing, this lot presents balanced notes of fruit and chocolate.

Ethiopia - Chelbessa

Kirigu Factory, Nyeri County, accepts only ripe cherries, sorted the day they are harvested. Imported by RGC Coffee, batch preserved by vacuum sealing. Notes of cassis, citrus fruits, honey with a finish like butter.
