An organic coffee with flavors of black tea, peach, and honey. It is a washed coffee from Ethiopia's Agaro region, produced by Bersema Farmers. The varietal is noted as Misc.

This coffee from Agaro near Jimma is known for intense flavors with notes of peach, rosewater, blueberry jam, caramel, and white tea. It is washed processed and soaked overnight before drying.

ETHIOPIA NANO CHALLA (organic)

Nicaragua is a newer player in the specialty coffee industry. The Balladarez family, and particularly Luis Alberto as the general manager, have made significant contributions. Luis won the Cup of Excellence in 2020 with coffee from Finca Un Regalo de Dios and placed 6th this year. He's a leading figure in Nicaraguan specialty coffee.

NICARAGUA REGALO DE DIOS

This micro-lot from Finca Los Chorros is washed and patio dried. Operated by Virgilio Martinez, providing specialty coffees with floral aroma, citric acidity, and noted for sweetness, medium body, and clean aftertaste.

GUATEMALA LOS CHORROS

This Sidama microlot is prepared by DWD in the village of Bombe with anaerobic fermentation and a natural process. Drying takes 17-22 days depending on weather, resulting in a coffee with chocolate and strawberry notes and a spicy honey finish.

Daterra, meaning 'From the earth', is a Brazilian coffee grower focusing on high quality and sustainability. The tree-dried coffee offers a heavy body and intense sweetness.
