Imani Natural is sourced from the historic John Reuben Estate in Kiambu county, Kenya. Inherited by the Mbugua family in 1967, it is currently managed by Derek Mbugua. His cousin Francis Kungu revitalized the coffee production, leading to this exceptional natural-process coffee.

Lacau is a Timor-Leste coffee micro-lot produced by fourteen farmers in Ducurai Village. Organized under Café Brisa Serena, they've improved quality with guidance from the aid organization Peace Winds Japan. Notes of red apple, caramel, dried coconut, dark chocolate, and dried blueberry are highlighted.

A decaffeinated coffee from Sisters Coffee’s Grow Together program, offering a full body and low acidity profile with notes of dried blueberry, bittersweet chocolate, and pecan. Coffee cherries maturation delayed due to the high elevation around Querocoto, resulting in rich flavors preserved through Swiss Water process.

Communal Shamba, founded by Keremba Warioba in Tanzania in 2017, processes this Washed Peaberry coffee at Umoja farm. The coffee undergoes a 48-hour wet fermentation, raised bed drying, and is recognized for its notable flavors, including dried fig, molasses, and baker’s chocolate, thanks to careful post-harvest methods.
